The Sanborn Team averages 50 sales per year. Last year (2016), 31 out of 50 were probate sales and 23 were court-confirmed. Most of the properties were located in Los Angeles County, but two were in Ventura County, one in Orange County and one in Riverside County. The most important result for our clients last year was this: 35 out of 50 properties were sold for more than the asking price. That’s primarily due to two factors: 1) working with the seller to establish an asking price that will attract the maximum number of qualified buyers, and 2) continuing to market the property aggressively to encourage competitive offers. We also work closely with the buyers’ representatives to make sure they have the information they need to bring their best offer to the table.
