Brian A. Joy – Buyer’s Advisor
Patient, proactive and results-oriented, Brian Joy is a 17-year veteran of the real estate industry and has been a Sanborn Team member/partner since 2008. A Southern California native, Melissa Grant has worked in the real estate industry since 1997. During that time, she has gained valuable experience in probate, trust and conservatorship transactions, new construction, bank-owned properties and a full range of administrative processes related to the sale and purchase of real property. As Listing Coordinator for The Sanborn Team, Melissa handles transaction paperwork from listing to close of escrow, keeps files up to date, manages photos and online resources and works on special projects.
With a background in advertising and social media and a born “people” person, Brenda Solis is ideally suited to her work as a buyer’s agent with The Sanborn Team. Raised in Southern California, Brenda is fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, and is knowledgeable and experienced in the sale of real property through probate, trust, and conservatorship, as well as conventional sales. She assists clients throughout the Greater Los Angeles area in Southern California, including the San Fernando Valley, and even Riverside County. Brenda’s communication and technology skills benefit her clients and The Sanborn Team.
