When The Sanborn Team announced on September 16 that Prudential California Realty would become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, some people were, understandably, under the impression that we were becoming an entirely new company. Not at all!
Prudential California Realty has been owned by HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, since 2002. Last month’s change is simply a rebranding — something known as an “affiliate transition” — that would finally let us “wear” the brand under which we’ve been operating for more than ten years.
So, while we have a new name, a new logo and new signage, we are still the same great company, committed to providing optimum real estate representation. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brings to the real estate market a definitive mark of trust, integrity, stability and longevity.
