A Southern California native, Melissa Grant has worked in the real estate industry since 1997. During that time, she has gained valuable experience in probate, trust and conservatorship transactions, new construction, bank-owned properties and a full range of administrative processes related to the sale and purchase of real property.
As Operations Manager for The Sanborn Team, Melissa handles transaction paperwork from listing to close of escrow, keeps files up to date, manages photos and online resources and works on special projects.
