Its been a pleasure working with the team. At all times I found the team to be approachable, friendly and professional. Home selling is never easy, but I always found Sanborn’s advice (eg, selling strategy and listing price, dealing with cleaning house out, selling household items, working through a unforeseen house flood just prior to listing) to be well thought out. So many realtors seem to be ego driven, but Sanborn is truly all about the team — and the customer. Seems basic, but so often missed, but not with Sanborn! Also, I sold the house during COVID — they always took super careful precautions.
